About Florida Stevedoring
Florida Stevedoring was incorporated in 1972 and currently holds active stevedoring licenses for PortMiami, Port Everglades, the Port of Tampa, and Port Canaveral. We are one of the leading providers of stevedoring and related terminal services in South Florida for both commercial cargo and the cruise industry. The company was one of the four founding members of the Port of Miami Terminal Operating Company (POMTOC) and continues to play an active role on its Board of Directors.
The ownership and management of Florida Stevedoring have been involved in the local shipping industry for over 64 years, taking on various leadership roles within the city and county to advocate for the interests of the maritime and seaport community.
